Since our centenary year in 2005 Rouveen Kaasspecialiteiten has been Purveyor to the Royal Household. This distinction reflects the excellent reputation we enjoy in our region.
We are gladly take responsibility for our surroundings. We support local initiatives and via Rouveen Simply Sustainable employee projects we volunteer for various community projects.
‘Regional commitment and social responsibility’
Prior to awarding the title of Purveyor to the Royal Household, government bodies and ministries carry out a thorough inquiry. Ultimately it is His Majesty the King who makes the appointment. A Purveyor to the Royal Household must be at least a hundred years old, play an important regional role, and have a spotless reputation. A Purveyor to the Royal Household must distinguish itself by its quality, solidity and continuity.
